ET360 Keyboard Shortcuts
This page lists all available keyboard shortcuts in the ET360 client application.
Global Hotkeys
| Key | Action | Description |
|---|---|---|
| F1 | Help | Opens the ET360 user manual in browser |
| F9 | Quick Entry | Opens quick case entry dialog |
| F10 | Tow Entry | Opens tow case entry dialog |
| F11 | Vehicle Data | Opens vehicle data dialog (Van Eijck) |
| F12 | Phone Note | Opens phone note dialog |
| Ctrl + S | Save | Saves the current case |
| Ctrl + E | Edit | Edits the current case |
Conditional Hotkeys
These hotkeys are only available under specific conditions:

| F4 | Debug Mode | Pre-accepts alarms (DEBUG mode only) |
| F8 | Debug Mode | Opens development tools window |
| F12 | Enabled in Settings | Phone note dialog (requires SHOW_TELEFONNOTIZ setting) |
DataGrid Hotkeys
When working with data tables:

Notes
* Hotkeys work globally across the application * Some features require specific user permissions * Debug mode hotkeys (F4, F8) are only available in development builds * Phone note (F12) must be enabled in personal settings
Tips
* Use F9 for fast case creation without navigating through menus * Use F1 anytime you need help or reference documentation * Ctrl + S is your best friend - save frequently while working * F10 is the fastest way to create a tow case
